Our Story
Link 1 Telecom is a locally owned and independent ERRCS inspection and testing company serving the Central Valley and greater Bay Area. We started this business because we saw too many property managers stuck with national vendors who treat every building like a number — long wait times, generic reports, and a customer service line that goes straight to voicemail.
We do it differently. Every inspection is run by a certified technician who knows your building. Every report goes out clean and on time. And when you call us, an actual human picks up the phone.
We serve commercial and multi-family properties throughout the Central Valley and Bay Area — including Stockton, Manteca, Modesto, Lodi, Tracy, Lathrop, Livermore, Pleasanton, and the greater East Bay.
